We are sure that once you have the opportunity to view our facilities, you will realize what an ideal and unique venue Rosebank Union Church is and that will compliment your day. We provide a selection of venues for you to choose for your event, we are there to work closely with you to ensure that all arrangements are done in accordance with your wishes. Our motto is "to go the extra mile".

Please note that no booking will be put into our system until you have completed and returned the attached form to me at the Church Office. Your booking will then be processed internally and we will advise you of the availability of the venue in writing.

A pro-forma invoice will then be compiled and sent through to you. A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of the quotation being accepted. Please note that the booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. In addition, please note that this deposit will be forfeited should the booking be cancelled within 30 days or less of the event.
