The Care ministry has at its heart caring for God’s people at RUC and beyond. Our aim is to encourage, share God’s Word and pray with those who are affected by the economic crunch, those who have lost loved ones and those who have been through difficult circumstances, trials and challenges.

We have more than 30 Caregivers involved in the ministry and a number of facilitators running the various support groups and workshops :

We have at least 10 care companions involved in caring for Rosehaven Retirement Village residents. Every second week we have a hospital visitation team going out to the Charlotte Maxeke Hospital (previously the Johannesburg General Hospital) Oncology Unit.
