We encourage our members to become involved in our mentoring ministry by both mentoring another person (mostly the younger generation) and by being mentored by someone else (a peer or more mature person). Mentoring happens in a more informal way and we try to avoid over-structuring this ministry. However, the Discipleship Ministry has a framework in place and provides training for mentors. We can assist you in finding ways of getting involved in mentoring.
