Leigh Robinson Leigh taught Bible and Practical Theology at Prairie Bible College in Canada for seven years, and has spent the last 31 years in pastoral ministry in South Africa and Canada. Leigh and Irene have a deep love for missionaries and have ministered to missionaries in fourteen countries. Leigh’s passion is to preach and teach the Bible in a clear, practical way and to see the church grow into a healthy, outward-looking community of God’s people. |

Dennis Beeselaar Dennis has spent 14 years in pastoral ministry within the local church and approximately 10 years in pastoral care, Christian counselling and counselling training. He served on various committees with the aim to promote Christian counselling and training within the national arena and to develop training material with special reference to group support for those infected with, and affected by, HIV/AIDS. He joined the RUC staff in August 2006. His vision at RUC is to minister for the Lord within the care ministry team and to work with all other existing ministries. The effective caring and equipping of God’s people for service is a priority. |

Doug Fell Doug grew up in RUC and served as a student pastor before being inducted at the church. He served as the Missions Pastor for a couple of years before focusing entirely on youth and young adults from 2006. We're excited to see how God continures to equip & lead Doug during his years study leave. |

Gerhard Venter Gerhard spent 14 years in pastoral ministry on the West Rand and East London and another 13 years as Principal of Cape Town Baptist Seminary. His two main passions, namely the local church and leadership training, are coming together in his ministry position at RUC. He is responsible for all discipleship-related ministries at RUC (such as the Small Group ministry), as well as overseeing the ministry and development of Rosebank Bible College. His vision is to see every member of RUC grow in spiritual maturity and develop a love for and insight into the Word of God. |

Ndaba Mazabane Ndaba was involved in pastoral ministry in Mmabatho (Swaziland) for eight years and later branched into broadcasting. He served at Focus on the Family for ten years before coming to RUC. He is involved in the Evangelical Alliance Movement both continentally and globally. His desire is to see every member in our church meaningfully connected and serving in accordance to his/her gifting. |

Justin Tamlin Justin began his pastoral ministry in Howick, Kwa-ZuluNatal, where he served as a youth pastor for five years. He recently concluded 10 years of pastoral ministry at Honeyridge Baptist Church. Justin's passion and longing is to see people from all walks of life set ablaze in worshipping our great God. |
